What kinds of products does Lumére sell?
We specialise in smart lifestyle technology — including wireless chargers, GaN fast-charging adapters, sleep earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, smartwatches, and fitness trackers. Every product we carry is selected for quality, design, and real-world performance.
Do your chargers work with all devices?
Yes. Our charging products are compatible with a wide range of devices including iPhones, Android phones, iPads, AirPods, and more. Each product listing specifies exact compatibility and supported charging protocols (e.g. PD, QC 3.0, Qi).
Where do you ship to?
We ship internationally to over 30 countries including Singapore, the US, UK, Australia, and most of Europe. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your region. Express options are available at checkout for most destinations.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes. All Lumére products come with a minimum 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Some products carry extended warranties — check the individual product page for details.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused, unopened products in original packaging. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at asklumere@gmail.com and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Are your chargers certified safe?
Absolutely. All our charging products carry CE, FCC, and/or RoHS certification. We do not carry uncertified products — your safety is non-negotiable.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Do your smartwatches work with both iPhone and Android?
Yes. All our smartwatches and fitness trackers are compatible with both iOS (iPhone) and Android via their companion apps. Compatibility details are listed on each product page.
